Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is double-spaced;

    uses a 12-point font;

    employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses);

    and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Publication Manual of the American psychological Association (APA).
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

CRSP/RCSP will only consider submissions which are not under consideration at any other journal or publication. and which have not been previously published elsewhere.
As a refereed journal, manuscripts are evaluated by anonymous peer reviewers with expertise in the subject area. CRSP/RCSP reserves the right to edit manuscripts for lengths and conformity to our editorial guidelines and house style.

Article should be typed, double-spaced, and no longer than 7,000 words, excluding reference list.

An abstract of 250 words or less should be included.

References should be limited to those works cited in the text and should follow the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA).

For refereed articles, remove author’s name(s) and affiliation(s) from the article prior to uploading to the CRSP/RCPS site.

Refereed articles up to 3,000 words that provide commentary on current affairs and critical issues in social policy may be published in the Perspectives/Initiatives section.

Each submission must be accompanied by a 250 word abstract, and a brief biography of the author.


La CRSP/RCPS n’évaluera que des articles qui n’ont pas été soumis ou publier ailleurs. Étant un journal indexé, les manuscrits sont évalués anonymement par des pairs expérimentés dans le domaine. La CRSP/RCPS se réserve le droit d’éditer les manuscrits, que ce soit au plan de la taille ou pour les rendre conformes à sa politique éditoriale.

L’article doit être dactylographié à double interligne et ne pas dépasser 7, 000 mots, liste de références non inclue.

Les références doivent se limiter à celles citées dans le texte et être présentées selon les normes de l’APA.

Supprimer le nom de l'auteur avant de télécharger l'article au site Web de CRSP/RCPS.  Les articles publiés dans la section.

Perspectives/Initiatives, ne doivent pas dépasser 3,000 mots sous la forme d’un commentaire ou d’un énoncé d’enjeux critiques en politiques sociales.
